I have an old Remington 7400 in 30.06 and it holds about 1/2" pattern; I kid you not. 180 & 220 grain. Nov 25, 2020 · The Browning BXR ammo he uses shot really good (3 under 1/2") afterwards and velocity was very close to what the box stated. He said he had 12 boxes, so off he and the rifle went. But in some outdoor magazine, I read that the reasonable range is just around 200-220 yards and it is about 2MOA accurate on 100 yards. That is not what I was expecting.
